Macatee Engineering utilizes a variety of design and management systems on a PC-based computer
network for our day-to-day operations. Our software packages allow us to perform a wide variety of
engineering and surveying design and calculations. Our capabilities include:

CADD Capabilities
Macatee Engineering utilizes PC-based AutoCadd as our computer-aided design and drafting (CADD)
system. In addition, we utilize Terramodel software to automate many engineering design and
surveying tasks. The services offered through the use of our CADD systems include:
- Original and "As-built" engineering design
- Watershed hydrologic and flood plain hydraulic calculations
- Master planning and conceptual design with rapid criteria adjustment
- Mapping of improvements - underground, surface and above-ground - by capacity, type, age,
material, use, etc. for system analysis, improvements and/or expansion
- Subdivision design and mapping
- Topographic mapping and design surveys with direct interface to total station survey equipment
- Property abstracts and boundary surveys
After project completion, Macatee Engineering can provide the owner with data and plot files
of all drawings on CD ROM, in addition to scales plots on paper or mylar. Graphic files can be
provided in a variety of digital formats.
