Macatee Engineering performed design and surveying services for this 110,000-square foot office/warehouse development located on 5.88-acres off State Highway 180 in Pinnacle Park, Dallas.  Design included onsite and offsite grading, drainage, utilities, paving, dimensional control and erosion control.  Additional permitting with Texas Department of Transportaion was necessary due to the project being adjacent to State Highway 180; in addition, we obtained an Escaprment Development Permit for the project. 

Development Cost: $650,000

Macatee Engineering performed design services for this office/warehouse expansion located on 1.92-acres off Bowser Road in Richardson.  Design inlcuded a demolition plan, a site plan, grading, drainage, paving, storm sewer and erosion control.

Macatee Engineering performed platting and design for one office and two warehouse buildings on this 6.9-acre site on Commerce Street in Southlake.  Design included dimensional control, grading, onsite drainage, paving, erosion control and utilities.

Macatee Engineering performed design for a water main replacement in Twin Hills Avenue.  Macatee assisted with franchise utility coordinations, fire department approval, and the City approval process.

Macatee Engineering designed 700,000 square feet of warehouse in multiple buildings located on 40.65-acres in Coppell. Design included grading, water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, a lot grading plan and an erosion control plan. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; and providing construction staking. 

Construction Cost: $1,200,000

Macatee Engineering performed a drainage study of a 200-acre watershed draining through a 100-acre industrial development in Desoto. The study identified several alternatives for rerouting an existing creek to create large warehouse tracts. The preferred alternative provided onsite detention to reduce the size of storm sewers.

Macatee Engineering performed the platting, design and engineering for four office/warehouse buildings on two tracts of land in Plano. Design consisted of the following plans: Dimensional Control, Grading, Onsite Drainage, Channel Improvement, Paving, Erosion Control and Utility. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.

Macatee Engineering performed the engineering for a 1,700-foot connection of 10th Street between N Avenue and Jupiter Road. Design consisted of grading, storm drainage, paving, water and sanitary sewer to serve the 40 acres of undeveloped land adjacent to the proposed road. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
