Warren Montessori School, Frisco (Frisco)

Macatee Engineering performed design services for this school located on 2.01-acre off Warren Parkway in Frisco.  Design included grading, paving, dimensional control, utilities, drainage plan and drainage calculations, erosion control, and offsite paving for the widening of Warren Parkway.

Carpe Diem Private Preschool (Richardson)

Macatee Engineering performed design services for this preschool located on 1.41-acres in the Canyon Creek Professional Plaza area of Richardson.  Design included grading, drainage, paving, dimensional control, utilities and erosion control.

West Dallas Field of Dreams (Dallas)

Macatee Engineering performed platting and design for this 16.8-acre site developed by Mercy Street, West Dallas as a ballpark area containing baseball and soccer fields with outdoor concessions.  Design included grading and dimensional control plans with consulting services for platting, zoning and parking regualtions.

Young Scholars Teel Parkway Addition (Frisco)

Macatee Engineering performed engineering for this Montessori School on a 7.5 acre tract in Frisco. Design included paving, dimension control, traffic, grading, erosion control, drainage, a detention pond, storm, water and wastewater improvements. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats and providing construction staking.
