West Dallas Field of Dreams-Ballpark and Concessions

Macatee Engineering performed platting and design for this 16.8-acre site developed by Mercy Street, West Dallas as a ballpark area containing baseball and soccer fields with outdoor concessions.  Design included grading and dimensional control plans with consulting services for platting, zoning and parking regualtions.
